This offering allows you to purchase a 30GB monthly Telkom “Anytime Data” subscription at
R249.00 per month through a commercial agreement with
FREEPAID EXPRESS (PTY) LTD. (FREEPAID)

Nature of the Service
- This is a monthly data subscription service linked to a Telkom SIM card supplied by FREEPAID and applies to new SIM activations only.
- The subscription includes 30GB Anytime Data per month, with 30-day rollover of unused data.
- Data is allocated automatically by Telkom and is an automated monthly process.
- 30GB Nite data (from 11PM to 7AM) valid for 30 days is also supplied each month starting from the second month.

Pricing and Activation
- A once-off SIM activation fee of R99.00 applies to each SIMcard.
- The first month's payment is R348.00 (R249 subscription + R99 SIM Activation).
- Thereafter, the monthly subscription fee is R249.00 per month, payable every month unless cancelled.

Data Allocation Rules
- If your SIM card is activated on or before the 15th of the month, you will receive 30GB immediately upon activation, and a further 30GB on the 1st of each subsequent month.
- If your SIM card is activated on or after the 16th of the month, you will receive 5GB free data for the remainder of that month.
- In the latter case your R249 subscription payment will be applied to the payment for the following month's data allocation.

Payments and Billing
- All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are payable by the 25th in advance for the next month.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all SIM cards and other charges (if any) on your profile are fully paid up by the second last day of each month.
- Subscription data is allocated on the 1st of each month.
- If payment is not received on time, SIM cards on the profile may be temporarily suspended until payment is made in full.
- Reconnection may take up to two working days after payment is received.
- If payment is not received by the last working day in the month the lines will be deleted from the profile and cancelled automatically and the associated cell numbers will be lost.

Subscription Duration and Cancellation
- This is a month-to-month subscription without a binding long-term commitment.
- You remain liable for monthly subscription fees until a SIM card is cancelled.
- Cancellations must be submitted via the SuperSIM dashboard (Or via API, as the case may be).
- Cancellations must be completed on or before the 28th of the month to avoid any billing and automatic data allocation for the following month.
- Once cancelled, the SIM card and mobile number will be permanently terminated and cannot be reused.

Top-Ups and Additional Data
- Additional airtime top-ups are available at standard ICASA-approved retail rates and are for your own account.
- Airtime can be purchased at any store, bank, ATM, or online supplier.
- Additional 5GB data bundles may be purchased via www.simbalance.co.za, at R39.00 per 5GB “anytime” data and subject to availability.

SIM Card Responsibility
- You are the contracting party and remain responsible for all SIM cards issued to you.
- Lost or stolen SIM cards must be immediately suspended via the dashboard or API.
- A SIM swap is required for lost or damaged SIM cards and costs R99.00, which you authorise FREEPAID to debit to your account. SIM swaps are performed via the dashboard only.

RICA and Reporting
- SIM cards are RICA-registered in the name of FREEPAID and assigned to you or your staff, students, or customers for personal use.
- The names associated with SIM cards will appear in reports for RICA compliance and data usage monitoring only.
- All such information is treated as confidential.

Confidentiality
- This offering and its pricing are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

Network Agreements
- FREEPAID has two-year agreements with the mobile network but you are not bound in the same way.
- Because you are not bound by the two-year agreement you may terminate your subscription at any time, subject to these Terms.

Privacy
- FREEPAID is POPIA compliant.
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Refunds
- Once data has been allocated to a SIM card, it cannot be returned or refunded, whether used or not.
- No refunds are offered for data already delivered.

General
- Your data balance can be viewed at www.simbalance.co.za or via the API.
- All prices include VAT.
- You confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally authorised to enter into this agreement.
- By registering and making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
